A primarily meritocratic market-based system, with a combination of a balanced (cautionary and reform) and somewhat more limited equality of opportunity with a Merit based opportuntity system where parents are heavily encouraged or maybe even incentivized to raised their children like this parent http://www.slate.com/id/1006238/  raised his child and to promote better education so the child has the best tools they need to get a fair chance (but a fairer chance than in a pure Merit Based Opportunity system since there would Equality of Opportunity, albeit a somewhat more limited version of it).

This would also include a Equitability of Outcome based on the Fairness Model but also heavily encouraging entitleds to counteract the Equitability (meaning if one worker goads the boss into everyone getting more pay but all being equal, then another worker who was the highest paid worker before this Fairness model Equitability of Opportunity was put in place then would ask for their own salary to be raised so they can be the highest worker again instead and so on)

The above system would have safety nets from the socialism parts of Peronism, Distrubitism ,Christian Communism and Social Democracy to give some security and digntiy to people who fall onto hard times, regardless if they are most talented and abled workers in our society.

However in times of major economic depressions (like the Great Depression), the system would switch to just the Merit Based Opportunity System mentioned above, with Social Democracy welfare safety net for laid off or fired workers and incentives for them to take lesser jobs during said depressions.

Equality of Opporutinity could be seen as violating liberty and property rights in that it contravenes the true meaning of the Declaration of Independance and subverts the principles of a free society.

Equality of Opportunity can be seen as violating the boss's or owner's rights to hire the most effiicent workers and not be stymied by having to hire less efficent workers for EoO reasons.,  is a mirage, faslely assumes that merit based systems are competitions when they are not, and falsely assumes everyone has equal abilities
